Gallup introduced the first version of its online assessment, StrengthsFinder, in the 2001 management book “Now, Discover Your Strengths”. The book spent more than five years on the bestseller lists and ignited a global conversation.
StrengthsQuest/Finder identified 34 innate hard-wired strengths and helped millions to discover their Top Five Signature Talents.
Take Test Now:

You will have received an email with instructions on how to take the StrengthsFinder/Quest.

You will also have received a unique code that only you can use. It can only be used one time and cannot be used by anyone but you.

Make sure you have at least 30-40 minutes of uninterrupted time.

Once you start, you must finish it in one sitting.

When you are done you will be able to download the StrengthsFinder/Quest Profiles which will identify your Top 5 Strengths (Talents)

Add the Strengths to a resume if you are looking for a job.
