The Happiness DNA Coaching Experience is

• Not counseling.   The focus is on identifying Happiness DNA and building on the positives. 

• It is highly interactive, positive, challenging and encouraging process.

• It involves Happiness DNA assignments and homework.   

• Often involves fun open communication including: texting, emailing and calls.

Happiness DNA Coaching Options

 

• Phone

• Skype, Facebook Live or other online video platform.

• In person where an option.  This is not counseling so open forums such as Starbucks, at your place of business and in some circumstances in your home are appropriate.
